The journey of being a human is not an easy one and you may feel you are up against insurmountable obstacles. When we experience challenges in our lives, we struggle to see our way out, losing our sense of how we would like to be in the world to feel a greater sense of harmony and integration. Often more support and care is needed when we are going through difficult seasons in our lives. A strong therapeutic relationship can be fundamental to the healing journey, supporting the transformation needed to move to a place of greater wellbeing.
Trained with a trauma-informed lens with an emphasis in somatic therapies, I hope to provide compassion and support that will bring you back to trusting yourself and your instincts, allowing you to feel a greater sense of wholeness and happiness in your life.
